Promoting food with truffles

Thanks to Lekenik truffle hunter Mario Kolić, a feature was shot in the Municipality of Lekenik in recent days on truffle hunting in the Turopolje forests and on preparing traditional food with truffles using modern recipes. It is due to be published on the first Sunday in February in Dobra hrana, the magazine of Jutarnji list. The family farm OPG Ivan Cvetnić, which has a registered holiday home at Gradec, hosted the final shoot. For the occasion, chef Robert Slezak – a Pole who fell in love with traditional Croatian cuisine – showed off his culinary skills.
