Jutarnji list – Dobra hrana

As announced, a lovely feature on Turopolje truffles and truffle hunting in the Turopolje forests around Lekenik and beyond has been published in the Jutarnji list magazine Dobra hrana (“Good Food”), issue 105/February. It also mentions the new truffle species discovered by Lekenik truffle hunter Mario Kolić and includes the full recipes for all the dishes that the excellent chef Robert Slezak prepared at Ivan Cvetnić’s holiday home, combining traditional cuisine and ingredients with truffles.
