Petrovo at Gradec

To mark the feast of Sts. Peter and Paul, Holy Mass and a get-together were held at Gradec. The parish priest of the Parish of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Pešćenica, Rev. Branimir Motočić, celebrated Holy Mass in the small St. Peter’s Chapel at Gradec, a 17th-century wooden place of worship, before a large number of parishioners, local winegrowers and guests. The organisers of the celebration, the residents’ association Udruga mještani Brežana Lekeničkih, prepared refreshments and a get-together for everyone after Mass. Members of KUD Preslica provided music for the celebration and also sang during the Mass.
