Events Calendar

Events in Lekenik through the year

Events in Lekenik bring together local tradition, sport, food and entertainment all year round. Spring brings Jurjevo, Lekenik Municipality Day, and in summer the traditional Kupa Boat Race takes place on the Kupa River. The Days of Ban Jelačić and Postman Klempaj recall a historic moment from 1848, while autumn and winter bring Šumafest in Cerje and Advent in Lekenik.

Alongside the major festivals, cultural and arts societies, associations and local family farms organise concerts, exhibitions, fairs and get-togethers in villages across the municipality throughout the year. Each event in the calendar has its own page with the date, venue and programme description, and you can use the filter above the calendar to show only festivals, cultural events or sporting events.
