About us
Tourist Board of the Municipality of Lekenik – a legal entity whose members are legal and natural persons working in hospitality and tourism, or in activities directly related to them, in the Municipality of Lekenik. The Lekenik Tourist Board has its registered office at Zagrebačka 66, Lekenik.
The Board's tasks
Authentic heritage
Encouraging, developing and promoting the authentic heritage of the area – its traditions, customs and ethnological treasures.
Tourism businesses
Supporting the activities of legal and natural persons working in tourism and hospitality, and cooperation and coordination between everyone involved in tourism.
Events and festivals
Encouraging and organising cultural, artistic, business, sporting and other events that enrich what the area has to offer visitors.
Environmental protection
Caring for nature and the environment as the foundation of tourism in Lekenik.
Mandatory members of the Tourist Board are all domestic legal and natural persons that have their registered office, a branch, a plant or similar in the Board's area and earn income from hospitality and tourism.
The tourist highlights of the Municipality of Lekenik are the beauty of nature in all four seasons, opportunities for hunting, fishing and swimming, distinctive wooden architecture, a wealth of folk customs, and its vineyards and local food.

Founding assembly
Stjepan Piškor was elected the first president, and Dragutin Vlahovac, Franjo Kenig, Ivan Sovina, Zoran Gregurić, Ana Kardaš, Katica Perović, Branko Pavleković and Božidar Škofač were elected members of the Tourist Council.

First meeting of the Tourist Council
Besides Stjepan Piškor, the Board's presidents have included Zoran Gregurić and Ana Kardaš (now Perović).

Electoral assembly
On the proposal of the Municipal Executive Board, Božidar Antolec was elected the new president, and Ana Perović, Zoran Gregurić, Božidar Škofač, Željko Dumbović, Jurica Belle and Ilija Šimović, together with the Executive Board's representatives Rev. Marko Cvitkušić and Ljubica Smolković, were elected members of the Tourist Council. Branka Jurišić, Ivan Sovina and Davorka Podnar were elected to the Supervisory Board.

Ante Brnić was elected to the Tourist Council in place of Ilija Šimović.
